Josh is the owner and lead filmmaker at New Focus. Born and raised in Rhode Island, he has a history in (award-winning!) filmmaking and also teaches high school video production. He loves telling real stories through film and bringing an editorial style to all the moments that matter most.

Jake is a filmmaker with a creative eye and a passion for capturing genuine moments. His experience in the live event industry has taught him how to adapt quickly, read the room, and find the shots that capture the energy and personality of the day. He brings a relaxed presence and a unique visual style to the films he helps create.
